For detailed instructions for author and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publications of Non-Open content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publications.
Please avoid using unexplained acronyms, sets of initials, jargon and phrases, which an international audience may not understand.
Papers submitted after this date will not be posted online until after the conference. They will not be included in the CD-ROM. Conference participants will therefore not be able to print them out at the conference. Speakers are therefore urged to comply with this deadline.
The ICAL has first publication rights to papers presented at the conference. The quality of our conference as a whole vitally depends on the relevance and interest of the papers, together with the standard of presentation.
